The website does not collect or store any personal information, other than what is submitted in signing up for a newsletter or completing an online form. While using our site, you may share with us on a voluntary basis your name, surname, email-address through the CIPTEC contact page and subscription to our newsletter tool.

CIPTEC website keeps a copy of its contact list to MailChimp server, which is used for e-mail campaigns and newsletters distribution.  All personal information included in this contact list is used and protected according to MailChimp Privacy Policy, Section 12.

The CIPTEC website may share contact personal information within the Consortium to send you emails for specific dissemination purposes. All such parties are prohibited from using your personal information except for dissemination’s purposes regarding CIPTEC, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

The CIPTEC website will disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law.
